Who is Eligible to Expedite the Sale of Their Inheritance?

If there is a will, any and all parties that are mentioned in the will. If there is no will, we will conduct research to determine who is entitled to the estate per state/jurisdiction. Many times, an individual passes away without any close relatives. You may actually have a share in the estate without being aware.

Are There Any Properties You Cannot Purchase?

There are certain probate scenarios that disallow us from purchasing property shares. We will make the determination after receiving all the information.

Can you Still Purchase My Property If I am Having a Dispute With The Other Inheritors of the Estate?

We are sorry to hear about the dispute. With your authority, we can purchase your property share from you without requiring other heirs’ consent.

I Have Paid the Property Taxes for Years. Does This Mean That I Own More of the Property Now?

No. Payment of taxes does not increase an heir’s percentage of ownership. Heirs who do not contribute to tax payments do not lose any rights to ownership.

Do I Have to Pay Any Fees?

No. We cover all expenses including attorney fees, transfer tax etc.

What If I Want to Sell My Property Share But the Other Inheritors Don’t Want to Sell?

Can You Still Purchase My Property Share if There Was No Will Left by My Relative?

Yes. However, we will need to conduct proper analysis to determine if your kinship stands.

Can You Still Purchase My Inherited Property If It Is In Foreclosure?

Can You Purchase My Property if the Taxes and/or Water Haven’t Been Paid?

What if I Want to Sell My Property Share But I Only Inherited 10% of The Estate?

That is no problem. We can purchase as low as 1% of an individual’s share in an estate.

Will I Be Accountable for Any Litigation if I Sell My Property Share?

No. By purchasing your share, we entertain full responsibility for any legal action that may occur and you are completely taken out of the picture.

How Do I Get Paid?

You will get paid in full at the closing.

How Do I Sign a Contract If I Live In Another State?

We will either travel to you or pay for your travel, varying per situation.

Are There Any Risks or Fees Associated With Applying?

Do The Heirs in My Family Own Equal Shares of The Family Land?

My Piece of Land Was Surveyed Off, Is It Now Mine?

No. A survey is not a deed. It cannot grant ownership of land to any heir. Ownership of any real property can only be transferred by a duly-recorded deed.
